Mr. Neild,- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, whether the arrangement made with China in 1887, by which Great Britain agreed to evacuate Port Hamilton, has been amended in view of the Treaty of Portsmouth or the events leading thereto; and whether Port Hamilton has since been the subject of communications between His Majesty's Government and the Governments of China and Japan.
